Secure Aviation pricing is based on operator size, active users, modules, deployment model, and onboarding requirements. Start small, then scale into advanced operations, security, and private AI features when needed.
For small aviation teams, schools, private flight departments, or operators who need a clean starting point.
For operators that need more control, oversight, reporting, and proper operational workflow.
For serious aviation, HEMS, offshore, government, security-sensitive, or larger operators.
These are starting prices, not fixed final quotes. Final pricing depends on the operator's requirements, number of users, reporting needs, security requirements, and deployment model.
Why not just per pilot?
Secure Aviation uses a hybrid model because aviation operations software is not just a pilot seat count. The company platform fee covers hosting, security, backups, admin control, reporting, support, and system maintenance.
Active user pricing scales with pilots, managers, instructors, administrators and ops users. That keeps the entry point practical without pretending the operator-level infrastructure is free.
Setup and onboarding
Setup depends on how much configuration, training and reporting structure the operator needs before the system is useful.
Data migration, custom reports, private deployment, and advanced AI/security work are quoted separately.
